  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheese (optional)
  • Chopped fresh herbs or red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Prepare Avocado: Scoop out a small amount of flesh from the center of each avocado half to create enough room for the egg. Place the avocado halves in the air fryer basket or a heat-safe dish that fits inside, ensuring they’re stable and upright.
  3. Add Eggs: Crack one egg into each avocado half. Adjust egg whites if necessary to prevent overflow. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
