Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crab Mixture: In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Old Bay, red bell pepper, celery, parsley, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Adjust consistency with breadcrumbs if needed.
  2. Assemble the Egg Rolls: Spoon filling onto egg roll wrappers, roll tightly, and seal. Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Make the Fire Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and cayenne.
