Fire Sauce:

- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pinch of cayenne (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crab Mixture: In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Old Bay, red bell pepper, celery, parsley, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Adjust consistency with breadcrumbs if needed.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls: Spoon filling onto egg roll wrappers, roll tightly, and seal. Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Make the Fire Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and cayenne.
