Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to prevent banana browning, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cookie dough: Cream together butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form dough.
- Bake: Press dough into a pan and bake for 14–16 minutes. Cool.
- Make frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Decorate: Spread frosting on the cookie base. Arrange blueberries, strawberries, and banana in flag design. Chill before serving.
