- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
Nectarine Mixture:
- 2 ripe nectarines, pitted and thinly sliced
Dressing:

- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Toppings:
- 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
- 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds or chopped pecans
Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
