Instructions
- Egg Mixture: In a heatproof bowl over a double boiler, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar. Cook until thickened and pale. Let cool.
- Cream Mixture: Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold mascarpone into the egg mixture, then fold in the whipped cream until combined.
