Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Wrappers and Coating:

  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • olive oil spray or melted butter, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fill Wontons: If using a muffin tin: Press a wonton wrapper into each cup, fill with crab mixture, and brush edges with oil. If baking on a sheet: Place filling in center of each wrapper, moisten edges, fold in half diagonally, and seal. Brush tops with oil or butter.
  4. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool before serving.

  • For extra crispiness, bake in a convection oven or air fryer at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
