For the Biscuits:
- 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
- ¾ pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
For the Au Jus Dipping Sauce:
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare biscuits: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Split each biscuit in half horizontally to create two layers. Flatten slightly and place half of the biscuit rounds on the bottom of the dish.
- Layer biscuits: Top with roast beef and cheese, then cover with the remaining biscuit halves. Press to seal edges.
- Season and bake: Brush biscuit tops with melted butter, sprinkle with parsley and garlic powder. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare au jus sauce: In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve: Serve warm biscuits with hot au jus sauce for dipping.

- Leftover roast beef or turkey can be used.
