Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Toss the potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potato rounds with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange and bake: Arrange the rounds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
