For the Streusel Topping:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (cold and cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients and then combine with the dry ingredients. Fill muffin cups and top with streusel. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
