- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare the Vegetables: In the same skillet, stir-fry onion, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger until slightly tender.
- Combine and Cook: Return chicken to the skillet. Add remaining soy sauce, black pepper, salt, broth, oyster sauce, and honey. Cook until sauce thickens.
