Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Caramelize Onions: In a skillet, cook sliced onions in olive oil over medium-low heat for 15–20 minutes until soft and golden. Add honey and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Prepare Naan: Place naan on a baking sheet. Divide caramelized onions between the two naan pieces. Top with blueberries, feta, thyme, and black pepper.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until the naan is golden and the feta browns slightly.
