For the sliders:
- 12 slider rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 slices cooked bacon or breakfast sausage patties
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
For the topping:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the rolls: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
- Scramble the eggs: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble the eggs in butter until just set.
- Assemble the sliders: Layer the eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheddar cheese on the rolls. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
- Add topping: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over the rolls.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
