Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake Sweet Potatoes: Toss sweet potato rounds with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20–25 minutes until tender and golden, flipping halfway through.
- Prepare Shrimp: Toss shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté in a skillet until cooked through.
- Make Lemon Cream: Mix sour cream or yogurt with lemon juice.
