- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook ground beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic, then season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce. Stir in vegetables, soup, and cheddar cheese.
- Transfer to baking dish: Place the mixture in a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Prepare biscuit topping: In a bowl, mix biscuit mix, water, and cheese to form dough. Drop spoonfuls over the beef mixture.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until biscuits are golden.
