Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 cup cooked rice (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Garnish:

Instructions
- Prepare Ground Beef Mixture: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic, then add ground beef. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Cook Peppers and Cheese: Add bell peppers, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until peppers are tender. Stir in rice if using. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the mixture, cover, and let melt.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
