For the Filling:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas and spread it in the center of each.
- Roll up tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush the outside of each wrap with the garlic butter mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook wraps for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the filling for extra flavor.
- These wraps also reheat well in an air fryer for a quick lunch the next day.
