- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 ounces fresh spinach (or 1 cup thawed and drained frozen spinach)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Hollow Out Bread: Slice the top off the loaf lengthwise and hollow out the center to create a shallow bread boat.
- Prepare Spinach Filling: Sauté garlic and spinach in olive oil until wilted. Combine with cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and seasonings.
- Fill Bread: Spoon the spinach mixture into the hollowed-out bread.
- Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
