For the Lasagna Rolls:
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the noodles: Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and lay flat.
- Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, seasonings.
- Assemble the rolls: Spread Alfredo sauce in the dish, fill each noodle with chicken mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Bake: Pour remaining sauce over rolls, add cheese, cover with foil, bake for 20 minutes, uncover, and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley before serving.

- To save time, use rotisserie chicken and pre-made Alfredo sauce.
