  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the noodles: Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and lay flat.
  3. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, seasonings.
  4. Assemble the rolls: Spread Alfredo sauce in the dish, fill each noodle with chicken mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  5. Bake: Pour remaining sauce over rolls, add cheese, cover with foil, bake for 20 minutes, uncover, and bake for 10 more minutes.
