- 1 ripe avocado (diced)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon the mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form burritos.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and serve warm.
