- ½ teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat a grill pan/skillet over medium-high heat. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
- To Bake: Place chicken in a lightly greased baking dish and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- To Grill or Pan-Sear: Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through. Let rest before slicing and serving. Garnish with lemon wedges or herbs if desired.
