Fries:
- 1 bag (22 oz) frozen French fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Follow the directions on the bag of French fries. Toss the frozen fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake: Bake the fries until crispy and golden, about 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add toppings: Reduce oven heat to 375°F. Transfer fries to an oven-safe dish or leave on the sheet. Top with chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and bacon (if using). Bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Finish and serve: Remove from oven, sprinkle with green onions, tomatoes, and drizzle with ranch dressing or sour cream. Serve hot.
