Description

Indulge in these mouthwatering Chicken Loaded Fries, a delicious twist on classic loaded fries with a generous topping of cheesy, chicken goodness. Perfect for a cozy night in or a game day snack!

Ingredients

Scale

Fries:

  • 1 bag (22 oz) frozen French fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Follow the directions on the bag of French fries. Toss the frozen fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  2. Bake: Bake the fries until crispy and golden, about 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Add toppings: Reduce oven heat to 375°F. Transfer fries to an oven-safe dish or leave on the sheet. Top with chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and bacon (if using). Bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
  4. Finish and serve: Remove from oven, sprinkle with green onions, tomatoes, and drizzle with ranch dressing or sour cream. Serve hot.

Notes
