Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare batter: Whisk together dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and sugar, then add egg, vanilla, and applesauce. Fold wet ingredients into dry, then mix in diced apples.
