For Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional, for spice)

Instructions

  2. Bake Wonton Shells: Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin cups to form taco shells. Bake for 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp.
  3. Prepare Chicken: Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger. Toss shredded chicken in this sauce.
  4. Make Slaw: Combine coleslaw, green onions, and cilantro. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha for dressing, then toss with slaw.
