For Wonton Shells:
- 12 square wonton wrappers
For Chicken Filling:
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
For Slaw:
- 1 cup shredded coleslaw mix
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
For Dressing:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional, for spice)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Bake Wonton Shells: Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin cups to form taco shells. Bake for 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Prepare Chicken: Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger. Toss shredded chicken in this sauce.
- Make Slaw: Combine coleslaw, green onions, and cilantro. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha for dressing, then toss with slaw.
- Assemble Tacos: Fill each wonton shell with chicken and top with slaw mixture. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Air-fry the wonton shells at 350°F (175°C) for 3–4 minutes for extra crispiness.
- For a sweeter taste, drizzle sweet chili sauce over the tacos before serving.
