Pizza Dough:

Birria Toppings:

  • 1 cup birria beef (shredded, with a few tablespoons of its consommé)
  • 1/2 cup birria consommé (for brushing)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Oaxaca or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon oil (for brushing crust)
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Heat the oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, then transfer it to parchment paper.
