- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin

Garnish:
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Mix the Marinade: In a small bowl, combine lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, honey, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in the crockpot, pour the marinade over it, coat evenly. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2.5-3 hours.
- Shred and Serve: Remove chicken, shred with forks, return to crockpot, mix well. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
