- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
For the Sauce:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
For Serving:
- 12 oz penne or rotini pasta, cooked
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Place chicken in the Crockpot, season with garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the Chicken: Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, chicken broth, and minced garlic. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Shred the Chicken: Remove chicken, shred, and return to the Crockpot. Mix with the sauce.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta, mix well, and let sit to thicken. Garnish with parsley before serving.
