Description

Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Additional:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
  • butter or nonstick spray for greasing muffin tin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a standard muffin tin.
  2. Prepare the pastry: Roll out the puff pastry and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  3. Cut and roll: Cut the pastry into strips, roll each strip into a spiral, then cut into shorter rolls. Place in muffin cups.
  4. Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve: Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
