- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Gravy:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Patties: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 oval patties.
- Cook the Patties: Brown the patties in a skillet, then set aside.
