Carrots:

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare glaze: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cinnamon (if using).
- Coat carrots: Add carrots to the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Spread carrots on the prepared baking sheet.

Notes
