For the Biscuits:
- 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
- ¾ pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone or Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
For the Au Jus Dipping Sauce:
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin or baking sheet.
- Prepare the Biscuits: Split each biscuit in half horizontally, flatten slightly, and press half into the muffin cups. Layer with roast beef and cheese. Top with remaining biscuit rounds, seal edges, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley. Bake for 15–18 minutes.
- Make the Au Jus Sauce: In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
