Description

These Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are a fun and flavorful twist on classic cheeseburgers. Ground beef, onions, and cheddar cheese are rolled up in crescent dough, baked to golden perfection, and brushed with garlic butter for an extra punch of flavor. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a quick meal.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Beef Filling:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ small yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Rollups:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

For Serving:

  • Ketchup, mustard, or pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
  3. Prepare the Rollups: Unroll the dough and cut into 8 pieces. Spoon beef mixture onto each piece, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and roll up tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Make the Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley. Brush the rollups with the garlic butter.
  5. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve: Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or pickles if desired.
