Description

Garlic Butter Ground Turkey with Cauliflower Skillet is a flavorful and satisfying low-carb skillet meal that combines tender ground turkey with cauliflower, seasoned with aromatic garlic butter and melted mozzarella cheese. A quick and easy stovetop dish perfect for a hearty weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Ground Turkey:

1 pound

Unsalted Butter:

3 tablespoons divided

Garlic:

4 cloves, minced

Onion:

1 small, diced

Cauliflower:

1 medium head, cut into small florets

Paprika:

1 teaspoon

Italian Seasoning:

1/2 teaspoon

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes:

1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Salt and Black Pepper:

To taste

Chicken Broth:

1/4 cup

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese:

1/2 cup (optional)

Fresh Parsley:

2 tablespoons, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Turkey: In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes. Transfer turkey to a plate and set aside.
  2. Prepare Cauliflower: In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Add garlic and onion, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in cauliflower florets, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Pour in chicken broth, cover, and cook for 8–10 minutes until cauliflower is tender but still slightly crisp.
  3. Combine and Serve: Return turkey to the skillet, stir everything together, and cook for 2–3 minutes to heat through. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese if desired and cover for 1–2 minutes until melted. Garnish with parsley before serving.
