For the Stir-Fry:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¾ pound flank steak (thinly sliced)
- ¾ pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Prepare the Stir-Fry: Sear seasoned steak slices in butter and oil until browned. Set aside. Cook shrimp in remaining butter and oil, then add garlic. Return steak, noodles, and sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until heated through.
