Garlic Butter:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dough: Roll out pizza dough into a 12×10-inch rectangle on a floured surface. Spread marinara sauce, cheeses, and toppings over the dough.
- Roll Dough: Roll up the dough tightly, slice into 1-inch pieces, and place cut side up on the baking sheet.
- Prepare Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter with garlic and Italian seasoning. Brush over the rolls.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbly.
