Instructions

  2. Cook Aromatics: Add onion and garlic, cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  3. Add Veggies: Stir in zucchini, cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add chickpeas, diced tomatoes, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 8–10 minutes.
