- 2 tablespoons ketchup

- 1/4 cup ketchup mixed with 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar

- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, carrot, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape and glaze: Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf. Spread the ketchup glaze over the top.
- Bake: Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
