  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup ketchup mixed with 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar

Instructions
