Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Bake: Spread batter in the loaf pan and bake for 40–45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Sprinkle with parsley before slicing and serving.
