- 8 oz lo mein or yakisoba noodles (or spaghetti)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
Sauce and Garnish:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet or wok, melt butter with sesame oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss Noodles: Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat in the butter and garlic.
- Add Sauces: Stir in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes until noodles are well coated.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
