4–6 ripe bananas (firm, not overripe)
Water with Lemon Juice:

Instructions
- Prepare Bananas: Peel and slice bananas into thin rounds. Optionally, soak in water with lemon juice for 3–5 minutes. Pat dry.
- Dehydrate: Arrange slices on trays, dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 6–8 hours in a dehydrator or 4–6 hours in a 170°F (75°C) oven, flipping halfway.
- Blend: Once dry, cool and blend into a fine powder.
- Store: Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
