Glaze:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare Dough: Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine with warm milk, sugar, butter, egg, salt. Add flour, knead, and let rise.
  2. Shape Doughnuts: Roll out dough, cut into shapes, and let rise again.
  3. Fry Doughnuts: Heat oil, fry doughnuts until golden brown.
  4. Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Dip warm doughnuts in glaze.
