Honey Garlic Sauce:

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Garnish:

Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Reduce heat to medium, add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds, then stir in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer. If desired, thicken the sauce with a cornstarch-water mixture.
- Combine and Simmer: Return chicken to the skillet, coat with the sauce, and simmer for 1–2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
