Dill Pickle Slices:
- 1 cup dill pickle slices (drained and patted dry)
Coating:
- 1 cup crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
For Frying:
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare Coating: Place the crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, and paprika. In a third bowl, beat eggs with milk.
- Coat Pickles: Dip each pickle slice in flour, then egg mixture, and finally in Cheetos, pressing gently to coat.
- Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry pickles in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until crispy and red.
- Drain & Serve: Transfer fried pickles to a paper towel–lined plate. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- You can use pickle spears for a bolder flavor. Increase frying time slightly.
- For a baked version, bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
