Dill Pickle Slices:

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices (drained and patted dry)

Coating:

  • 1 cup crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

For Frying:

  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare Coating: Place the crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, and paprika. In a third bowl, beat eggs with milk.
  2. Coat Pickles: Dip each pickle slice in flour, then egg mixture, and finally in Cheetos, pressing gently to coat.
  3. Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry pickles in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until crispy and red.
  4. Drain & Serve: Transfer fried pickles to a paper towel–lined plate. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • You can use pickle spears for a bolder flavor. Increase frying time slightly.
  • For a baked version, bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
