For the Cake:
- 1 quart strawberry ice cream, softened
- 1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce, divided
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 ½ cups whipped topping or whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter, press into the pan, and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Layer the Chocolate Ice Cream: Spread softened chocolate ice cream over the crust, drizzle with ½ cup hot fudge sauce, and freeze for 20-30 minutes.
- Add Strawberry Ice Cream: Layer softened strawberry ice cream on top, freeze for at least 4 hours until set.
- Decorate and Serve: Before serving, top with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, chocolate shavings, and extra hot fudge sauce.
