- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 sandwich buns or hoagie rolls

Spicy Cheese Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Season beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear in Instant Pot on sauté mode. Add broth and Worcestershire, pressure cook for 45 minutes.
- Make the Cheese Sauce: Melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk. Stir in cheese, jalapeños, hot sauce, and salt until smooth.
- Assemble: Toast buns, pile on shredded beef, and drizzle with cheese sauce. Serve hot.
