  • 1 cup beef broth

Spicy Cheese Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef: Season beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear in Instant Pot on sauté mode. Add broth and Worcestershire, pressure cook for 45 minutes.
  2. Make the Cheese Sauce: Melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk. Stir in cheese, jalapeños, hot sauce, and salt until smooth.
  3. Assemble: Toast buns, pile on shredded beef, and drizzle with cheese sauce. Serve hot.
