- 1 tsp key lime zest

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into mini tartlet pan. Bake for 5–6 minutes and cool.
- Make Filling: Whisk condensed milk, egg yolks, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth. Pour into crusts.
- Bake: Bake tartlets for 12–15 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
