  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Salad:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts or slivered almonds (optional, toasted for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Rinse under cold water to cool.
