- 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped, optional)
