1 pound ground beef, 1 small yellow onion (diced), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Cheese Mixture:
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese (softened), 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
