Garnishes:

- 1 small avocado (diced)
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions
- Crispy Tortillas: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry tortillas until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
- Tuna Mixture: Mix tuna, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Assemble: Top each tortilla with tuna mixture. Garnish with red onion, tomato, avocado, and cilantro. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
- Serve immediately.
