Tuna Salad:
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 celery stalk (finely diced)
- 2 tablespoons red onion (finely diced)
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Tuna Salad: In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, relish, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Season: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
